I have only had a couple of sessions with Sophia so far and they have already helped me massively. She provides a safe environment for me to process my thoughts and feelings while helping me to understand myself more and how my life experiences have shaped the way I think and behave now, which makes it easier to make positive changes. She challenges my way of thinking in an incredibly supportive way and makes me feel heard and validated. I look forward to our sessions each week.
