KATIE BIFULCO, Dip. Couns MBACP

Hi, thanks for looking at my profile. I realise that sometimes it’s hard to ask for help when life feels challenging and sometimes it’s difficult to know what to do next or who to talk to.

I can provide a professional and safe environment in which I will endeavour to listen to you without judgement.

I am a Person-centred (Humanistic) therapist and have lots of experience helping people with various life issues or at different life transitions.

This can include clients - both male and female - who have anxiety and depression and other struggles which may affect their quality of life. Others may have suffered a loss/bereavement, feel 'stuck', are in a life transition such as redundancy/illness/retirement, have relationship issues, post-natal depression, baby loss, are struggling with infertility/IVF or have other pregnancy-related issues including terminations.

I have experience working with clients on the autistic spectrum or those with ADHD and I also have an interest working with women who are struggling with the Menopause.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I look forward to hearing from you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
