I'm during a difficult and very transitional time right now and honestly I was even a bit worried of seeking help because I wasn't sure how it'll go. But I'm really happy that I made the choice. Although we are talking just for a few months there had been so many she had went through with me and helped me understand myself better and how to better communicate my feelings both to myself and others during a hard time. I'm super happy I met her!

Through my sessions with Dr. Greaves, I’ve come to understand myself better. Her consistent support gives me the strength to stay consistent with my own therapy goals. She has pushed me during some sessions to places of discomfort but ended each session with me feeling confident to tackle the week ahead. I’m grateful.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Evelyn has always been so kind, compassionate and professional in each of our sessions, but also in every single correspondence. She is there to cheer you on, check in on you and show genuine concern. For me, on my journey, this has been really important to have in a therapist. Truly, Evelyn has done all of those things and more. I am so fortunate to have worked with her, and I am forever grateful for what has been brought to light through our sessions. It's helped me enormously through a very difficult time. I could not recommend her more highly.

My experience on this with Evelyn has been extremely insightful. I can already tell that I’m consistently analysing why I do certain things and how to grow from situations and it’s all thanks to Evelyn. She responds in a good timely manner and I can honestly say she’s helped me become the woman I am today - I’ve already advised 3 of my friends to come onto this app and ask for Evelyn if they can.
