My name is Catherine, I am a person-centred counsellor. A member of MNCPS. I qualified in 2007 and have 17 years of experience in counselling I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including Lgbtq, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also help many people who have experienced physical and emotional trauma.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. Each session I have had with Catherine has been incredibly insightful, with multiple "aha" moments! I initially reached out looking for answers relating to a repeating pattern in my romantic relationships/break-ups, which I just could not figure out on my own.
