My name is Nicole Barry. I am a qualified integrative counsellor who has been practicing for 4 years and am very passionate about working with clients to achieve their goals and leave therapy feeling heard and better about themselves. I am happy to put the work in alongside clients so that they feel able to continue to improve even after therapy ends. I work with a range of issues including, but not limited to, self esteem issues, anxiety, depression, relationship and family problems, stress and coping with life changes. I work at a pace that suits you and offer tailor made treatment which is suitable for your needs.

I am warm, understanding, non-judgemental and I am fully invested in helping you to get the most out of our time together. I offer regular messaging check ins, also therapy sessions delivered by online messaging, phone or video calling, depending on which you prefer.
