Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Absolutely amazing counselor in every way
Alexandria has been amazing in our sessions. She is a great listener and I feel like I can tell her anything. She offers great resources to help me better understand my conditions, and follows up on them. She has given some excellent insights into myself and my family which have helped me navigate things much better in just a few sessions.
I absolutely love Alexandria! She has helped me heal so much. I had a primary issue but am learning so much about myself as a person over all. It's amazing. She's so knowledgeable and understanding. I could never repay her.
She is very nice and listens to what I have ti say she makes me feel comfortable every session.
Amazing every time!
Alex is great and I love having her as a therapist. She’s a great listener, intuitive with asking questions and is very empathetic. Therapy sessions flow naturally and don’t feel forced. I’m able to open up and share things that is hard to talk about but she makes the environment comfortable for those conversations. Would recommend 10/10
Alexandria is Awesome. She has helped me in my life beyond just therapy, and I'm truly grateful for that!
I really love working with her and gain so much each session we have. She is very intuitive and listens carefully and asks the right questions to dig deeper. If you’re willing to put in the work yourself, she is willing to support you 100%. Look forward to each conversation and feel like I found my life-long therapist.
Alexandria has made me feel very heard and understood
