I always look forward to my sessions with Elizabeth. It never feels like therapy. It feels like just talking with a friend and getting advice. Elizabeth has a way about her that even those hard to talk about topics, the ones that have been suppressed for a very long time, are easier to cope with and I can look at them from different angles and start the work I need to I’m order to get through them. Elizabeth is great. She doesn't sugar-coat anything while still being able to maintain a comfortable atmosphere. She asks questions that really make make you think sometimes because she wants to get to the root of your issues.
