As a licensed mental health therapist in Florida with over 12 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages—adults, teens, and children alike. I specialize in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ matters, ADHD, self-esteem struggles, career transitions, family conflicts, and parenting concerns.
