Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jason is incredibly compassionate, personable therapist with an eye for underlying factors that leads to our current concerns. He values us as clients, understands us as humans, and has a wealth of expertise and experience to guide our sessions to be a comforting, conversational experience. Best therapist I've had on this platform to date.
Jason is an empathetic listener but knows just when to probe and coax more from me in a given session. he has helped me navigate through tougher times and I'm grateful to have him as a resource.
Phenomenal, does a great job of covering the clinical and making it approachable. For someone who is in their 30s and in a high stress profession this is not something I would have done otherwise. Again huge thanks for the positive impact you are having on my life and others
I am very great full for his very valuable and professional support. Thank you!
Jason is a great therapist and resource for me to have access to. He is patient and thoughtful and encourages me to think about my challenges in different ways while remaining kind, patient and encouraging.
Jason was the first therapist I have ever encountered. He was understanding, non-judgmental and gave me appropriate book suggestion after the second suggestion. It has been very helpful to be able to tell my story and be accepted. Thank you Jason.
Jason is absolutely fantastic
Jason is a top notch therapist. My time with him has been full of growth and positive progress. I’m thankful to him for his role in the fulfillment of my life goals.
He is a great therapist who make the lessons relatable and easy to understand! In a world where it is difficult to find therapist as a busy man he is amazing!!!
Jason is the most approachable, kind and professional therapist I have ever had. Jason has the ability to let you understand yourself better and always has honest and precise feedback. I 100% recommend Jason and am grateful for the work he is helping me do to help myself better my life.
It’s an amazing journey to self - discovery & development. Loving every moment of it!
Jason is great! I was new to therapy and he was so easy to talk to; incredibly friendly. He seems to be on a "listen more, talk less" mode of communication which is lovely for a person (like me!) who feels like they always have to speed through what they want to say in anticipation of being interrupted. He utilizes additional materials (journaling, worksheets, books) to point me in the direction to find/come to my own answers for myself. He has gently guided me along the way to find my own unique insights, to understand my history and myself, and examples of useful ways to move forward that break my negative cycles.
Jason helped me through a really important point in my life. It was a great experience.

Jason has been a fantastic resource for me at a time that I'm really struggling, helping me to work through thoughts and feelings in a non judgemental and supportive way.
Super good! Love that he has an athletic background and is pretty matter of fact I feel like this is somewhat hard to find and seems to be a good balance of liste ing and directing

Jason is very down to earth and provides a safe space where i can air things out. I feel like we are fans of each other, wasn't expecting that out of betterhelp, great experience. I'm learning to slow down and relax more one step at a time
Great at what he does and is very understanding
Jason is attentive, sensitive and professional. He offers me techniques to help to overtake my struggles and work on my self.
I’ve had a few therapists over the years, but Jason is the first one to reach out to me between sessions to check in, or give me “homework”. Great therapist with years of experience who makes you feel like he really cares and not like it’s just a transactional relationship.
Helpfull understanding
Jason is absolutely amazing, takes in everything you say and works with you, works with what you do and don’t like and finds ways on how you can be a better person by who you are
