Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Justin is great. Only been three sessions so far. But I plan to continue to talk with him. Very knowledgeable about my situation and I can tell he has the proper tools to help.
For may personal reasons. I find Justin’s approach to be realistic and practical. I highly recommend giving him a shot!
I haven’t had a lot of luck with therapy in the past but so far Justin is making this process easy. He’s been a good listener and noticed things I would not have recognized otherwise. So far I am very happy with our sessions together.
Justin is great helping me move forward in life. I would highly recommend him!!
Justin is the perfect balance for me. Very personable yet professional. Been using his techniques to deal with my anxiety and depression. I always look forward to our sessions!
Highly recommend using Justin. He listens and makes me feel heard. I’m making progress and very happy with him.
Justin great and really listen to me and helps me understand things I didn’t before
Justin is a great listener and understands my concerns
Justin has a calm, measured approach to conversation and has given me some useful advice and tools to help me out. I recommend him highly as he seems to have lots of expertise. Just do it, you won't regret it.
Justin listens attentively, respects boundaries and is overall a great therapist.
best councelor ever
Justin is very attentive to the issues brought up during the sessions. He goes above and beyond by seeing the underlying issues and addressing them head on with thoughtful care.
I have only started my therapy journey but I recommend Justin. He was able to get to the root of things quickly.
I started seeing Justin recently and have found him to be really responsive, knowledgeable and comforting. Would recommend.
Justin’s capacity to listen, process, and empathize has created a space for sharing and emoting that is helping me tremendously in my quest for understanding and growing. He is responsive, he challenges me when appropriate, and his approach resonates with me.
I like how positive he is. And how easy he is to talk to.
Justin is fantastic! From my first session his insight has really helped me pinpoint certain issues and (most importantly) find ways of coping/resolving them.
Love working with him hes helped me a lot
Justin is a great listener and makes your situation feel understood no matter how complicated. :)
From the first meeting, Justin has helped me discover new ways to treat my anxiety and showed me ways to fight my depression through positive affirmation. Showing me breathing routines and helping me notice physical changes when I’m getting worked up.
I have been working with Justin for many weeks and he is remarkably talented. He has extensive training in many areas and has perspectives and recommendations that are extremely helpful. I read the two negative reviews from two people expecting an instant fix to their problems, and those two reviews could not be more thoughtless and wrong. Each author posted their review after a single session. and BetterHelp should not even allow that. Just is a spectacular therapist and I feel lucky I was matched with him.
super nice guy. very knowledgeable accidemically. tries to connect and reach out when he has time. is a good guy. i do believe more broken people that are healed need to be in the line of work, rather than thise who understanding it personally through evaluation... im not trying to offend, but iv got more support from wikipedia... thanj you very much for you time and i hope all the best for your career. cheers, brother.
I have enjoyed time spent with Justin, we have just got started and hope it continues as is.
I’m pretty unhappy, I needed help urgently for something I’m going through and I booked a phone session with Justin but he never showed up and never responded to my messages.
