Cheryl is a friendly, kind and thoughtful therapist! I have not had much experience with a therapist but she was a great fit from the get go. She does her homework, asks pertinent questions and gives feedback and personal anecdotes at the perfect time, without making it seem all about her. I really could relate to her and love her style. She really helped me through a hectic season of my life.

I've been seeing Cheryl for a few months now, regularly. I've seen various therapists (with various approaches and "elite" pedigrees and price points reflecting that) over the last couple decades so I usually have little patience and high expectations with my therapists, to be honest. Fortunately, I found that Cheryl and I are simpatico despite our different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Her compassion, experience and knowledge have superceded my expectations for our sessions. She has delivered everything that I'd hope for in someone I am confide in for my mental health, and more. I'd confidently recommend Cheryl to anyone who is in need of wise, compassionate counsel.

Cheryl has been doing a great job working with me. She is attentive, compassionate and kind, always respectful and has helped me accomplish goals. I’ve been able to share my feelings with her and work on problems in a well organized way,, helping me move passed negative issues affecting my life, health and family. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of therapy! Thank you Cheryl! I am very happy to have you as my therapist!

Cheryl was always on-time and a great listening ear. She would ask questions to help follow-up on all concerns you've mentioned and guide you to talk more about it and share her honest opinions with you. No judgement, respectful and still professional. Personally I also liked having a complete different person in my life look through my perspective and be honest to me. Something that played a big role in my healing process.
