After the death of my mother - things were not feeling quite right. I knew something was off - just not what. I was matched with Christine - and that woman has been a magic elixer to getting me to understand the complicated reasons I was trapped with a weird grief cycle, and she really helped me gain perspectives I hadn't ever considered. I feel freer than I have in decades because she helped point the thought patterns I was trapped in and how to help me set boundaries in a way I could be comfortable with. She is compassionate and extremely good at how she would get me to examine my views and the areas I needed to work on for my mental health goals. And I always felt supported and respected. I adore this woman - her style and professionalism always made me feel at ease and she really was the perfect resource for me at the perfect time!

She will spend the time to really listen and ask the right questions. Reads everything and is very supportive. Having a therapist that has gone through some of the same things helps so much. She is amazing!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Her style is incredible: I appreciate that she can follow me in my very ADHD way of getting to a point, and she speaks to me on a level that doesn't feel like I am being spoken down to by a cold, clinical practitioner. She has observed things I find pretty interesting considering she's just pulled it out of comments I've made and not directly said to her. I really appreciate her thoughtful and caring approach.
