Jessica is amazing. Talking with her feels like talking to a friend, yet she takes a neutral stance and offers additional perspectives. I feel like she truly cares for me and my well-being. Despite all that I tell her, she really listens and remembers names and details. She is also very responsive to messages in between video sessions.
