Sarah is fantastic. When I started with her I was in a dark place, but now I have the tools I need to love myself and conquer tough things life throws at me. She brought positivity and genuine care about me and my mental health to every session. She helped me shine a light and see my situation through a more positive lens. I highly recommend Sarah!

Sarah is always positive and upbeat .She listens well and asks good questions that make me think deeper about my true feelings. She is respectful of my personal ideals even though they aren’t always the norm in today’s society. She encourages me to try different types of therapy but she is not pushy. I always look forward to my sessions with her and I have recommended her to others.

More about Sarah

I’m Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adults, and families in the Central Florida area. In our busy world, it is easy to find yourself depleted at the end of the day realizing you have taken time for everything and everyone but yourself.

Having spent the last seven years of my career in a pediatric hospital setting, I have experience working with children and adults with anxiety and depression, those experiencing major life changes, those with chronic medical conditions and their families, individuals adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, and those experiencing grief and loss.

I want therapy to be a time you set aside for yourself in which you can feel safe processing your experiences, challenges, and emotions as we work together to harness your already existing strengths, your support systems, and coping skills while we learn and grow new skills together.

In therapy, I seek to create a nonjudgmental and compassionate setting for you to feel emotionally supported and empowered to face life’s challenges. If you’re looking at this page, you have taken the first step toward carving out that time in your busy week to make yourself a priority. As your therapist, it would be my honor to walk with you through this time of change and growth in your life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
