Charles has been nothing but amazing with everything during my whole experience on better help.

Reviewed February 2023

I connected with Charles during a time of feeling extremely low self worth and confidence. Charles is a great active listener and was able to understand the root themes behind my feelings and offered really helpful tools and action items I could apply to my daily routine that helped me change my narrative towards myself. He also helped me realize that in most cases, I was not the problem and sometimes the closure I was looking for was just learning to walk away and close a chapter, or move on from a person, without looking back. I really appreciate Charles for his help, honest feedback, and advice. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Chaz is an amazing professional and a great listener. So happy to have finally given therapy a try and getting matched with someone that respects me and offers insightful suggestions.

I am much nicer to myself since working with Charles

Reviewed January 2023

Charles is super easy to talk to and a kind person, with a great sense of humor. He listened and seemed to really understand where I am stuck and suggested how we may move me forward from my anxiety/communication 'mud'. It is always nerve wracking to meet a therapist the first time and know that you need to be vulnerable. Honestly Charles made it easy and painless.

Reviewed November 2022

Charles is really helping me to process the traumatic experiences I encountered as an RN during the first wave of COVID in a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Dept. Outside of that sentinel event, we talked about how emotions/responses from previous personal traumas can resurface in an ugly way - especially when we stuff it down. He has met me with such grace & empathy. Charles has taught me that my emotions are valid. While simple, he has been pivotal in helping me align with the past being in the past and it’s ok to get out of survival mode. Highly recommend him to anyone who is a first responder or has a role in healthcare.

Charles was able to take a multi-layered mess and meet me at my core. So good!
