Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Judy has good ideas for me to follow and she's very understanding.
I have met with Judy several times so far and it has been a great experience! She listened carefully to my priorities for therapy and has offered me excellent things to try. I have seen a lot of progress so far and couldn’t be more pleased! It is also really nice how she takes notes and asks me specific follow up questions each time we meet. :)
I am 80 years old and I wanted someone who had life experiences similar to mine. A therapist who would be able to help me has to understand what it’s like to be an “old lady.” The fact that Judy has international experience as well is definitely an added bonus for me.
