Hi my name is Melissa and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that to have a successful outcome in therapy, the client and therapist must first build a strong rapport. I pride myself in offering sincere compassionate counseling services that are client centered. I am trained and will use one of several therapeutic modalities, depending on the issue at hand. These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
