Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Tynesha is a wonderful therapist and always seem to understand everything the kids and I express during our sessions. Her support is definitely appreciated!
I’ve been with Tynesha for a while now . She has helped me understand myself better and my traumas. She continues to be a huge help as I feel that I’ve made some great strides in the work I’ve been doing with her. She’s an amazing listener and i Can appreciate her and her advice. I’m very lucky to have a therapist such as her.
Have gone through lots of therapists to find my match and Tynesha is the only person I trust!
She’s the best
Tynisha is insightful is an active listener gives amazing feedback and tools for coping that never even occurred to me. She is so wonderful and when I come back to therapy I will definitely request her.
Ms. Palmer is an excellent therapist. I feel listened to when I meet with her. She advises, she makes great suggestions, and she offers perspectives for me to reflect on, but most importantly she listens to me. I am frequently under a lot of pressure with work, family, and marriage, and I look forward to meeting each week with Ms. Palmer to share what I'm going through so she can help me gain clarity. In everything I experience, there is a need to be understood and affirmed. Ms. Palmer does both of these things, and for that I am deeply grateful.
She is amazing! And really listens
Tynesha does a good job following up with me to see how things are going and to let me know she is available if I need anything.

She’s very personable and professional
I appreciate Tynesha approach on how to handle my life situations. She gives me a clearer outlook on things when I’m upset. I would recommend her to other struggling with teenage children
She is very nice and try understand what I said.
Awesome
Ms. Tynesha Palmer shared with me that her mother had passed due to dialysis. This was due to my sharing my experience that I had been on dialysis. She stated that I needed to continue to move forward and live even if I couldn't immediately see the results. I heard her. I also realized that Ms. Palmer had accepted her mother's death and was living a full life by the way she spoke about it. She accepted her pain and was willing to share it. I thought to my self why can't I live with some pain and still live a good life? It also made me realize how unselfish she is and she wanted something good for me in life without my experiencing so much anxiety. She is a good therapist who thinks of others.
Tynesha is a good listener. She also makes me think of other things that I have not thought about. In that way, it opens my mind to other things. She has not been punishing to me nor anyone that I have talked about. Just told me another way to look at it.
I really appreciate how Tynesha listens to what I have to say and then thoughtfully responds by giving me helpful things to do specific to my concerns: journal prompts, better sleep ideas, and learning how to retrain my brain to reframe my negative thoughts. Thank you.
