Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Peggy is an amazing therapist and I really appreciate her comfortability to ask how I am doing and encourages me to share only what I’m comfortable with :)… she’s amazing and I’ve had a few therapists before but nothing really compares to her compassion and her comfortable style of therapy.
Peggy is so easy and comfortable to talk to. She has real responses that are based on your situation. I love her advice and she makes me feel like I’m talking to a close friend not a therapist. Her method seemed individualized for me
I am grateful for my therapist's insight, guidance and empathy on my path to recovery. Our conversations end with a new hope I was longing for everytime and I look forward to our future engagements.
Peggy is patient, insightful, inquisitive, and measured in her approach. I am grateful that my intake allowed enough information that Peggy knew she could help guide me in my next steps
Peggy is kind, gentle, and honest. She has been very helpful with the issues I've been experiencing.
An amazing therapist who actually tries helping me instead of brushing my issues aside
She listens and helps you through your thoughts and concerns
She’s an awesome listener and helper!!!
There's so much I can say about Peggy the most important is that if she can be your therapist get her she's awesome! But the thing that stands out much is how much you can feel her loving words through the screen. She's amazing at guiding you in dealing with what you are going through and catching you when you feel like you've gone too far! After every session I leave with a smile!
She's a great therapist and is very easy to talk to.
