Recent reviews

This was my first time entering therapy and James was with me every step of the way. He is incredibly solution focused and I felt that he provided fantastic direction for my thoughts so we could make progress every single session. He kept me oriented on the goal of not being in therapy forever by consistently setting short term goals and providing tools to understand myself and facilitate continued growth outside of therapy. I cannot recommend him highly enough, intelligent, caring, and trustworthy. He is fantastic!

Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

James was stellar. He was always prepared, he had a plan for me that was structured and to the point. I never felt like our time was wasted or that I had to "make up" things, I moreso go to grow with him as a partner. This year for me has been a ton of incremental emotional maturing and James has been an incredible partner in that. While I can't ever say he and I had one single breakthrough that changed everything, he gave me steady insights, thoughtful tips and constant re-enforcement to keep me on the right track. I would recommend him to any of my friends looking for therapy as a tool.

James is a great therapist. He has a very nice and calming presence. It is very easy to get comfortable with him. He listens intently and asks what my preference is before proceeding. I feel very seen and heard. I want to recommend him to everyone I know!
