Therapy is about renewed hope- kind of like seeing light emanate from a dark tunnel or getting an ah-ha moment that helps you activate change in a 'safe' place. It is seldom easy but is always an opportunity to move forward. Over the last 30 years, I've watched families, children and individuals decide to heal. What a pleasure! Collaboratively, we too can explore with grace and honesty the issues that hold you back. Here the goal is growth, whether in your relationships, families, spirituality, communication skills, or your work place. I am here to journey with you!

My passions are to watch marriages recover, to see children laugh again, and to support you as you gain insight into how God wants to touch your life. Specialties include working with children, marriages, and groups. This can include everything from healthy boundaries to communication to other-awareness.

I use a variety of techniques to match all ages and stages of life. Music, art, play, laughter, role-playing, poetry, journaling, talking, prayer and thought-stopping are some of these techniques. I look forward to sharing renewed hope!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
