Liz has Helped me during the hardest time in my life. She is a caring soul.

Reviewed November 2024

I was nervous and extremely hesitant to start therapy as I felt like the person that I spoke to would dismiss my concerns and needs. Liz is like that supportive friend that listens, remembers, asks and suggests more than one way of tackling a situation. In addition, Liz shares stories in her life that parallel mine so that I may understand that she knows how I feel and brings us closer together. She has wisdom and knowledge, caring and compassion. When I start getting into my old patterns, I truly can remember the conversation that Liz and I had about what to do if …situation came up and I can change my course of action and make a wiser and healthier choice for me. She is a blessing in my life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I’ve been working with Liz for a few months now and she’s amazing. I’ve done therapy previously and never continued after a few sessions because I felt like I could never find a therapist I connected with. Liz truly makes me feel heard and understood. It’s really nice to have someone who listens and validates my feelings. I look forward to our sessions every week!

Reviewed August 2023

Liz is a great therapist for me! She's kind, thoughtful, experienced, and is a great listener. She repeats things and details I said two weeks beforehand, which reinforces the feeling that someone really cares. She's helping me with a breakup and restoring my self-esteem and body image after a health crisis. She even comes up with ideas how to help and reaches out to other mental health professionals for ideas when needed. I am glad BetterHelp connected me with Liz.

Reviewed May 2023

Liz is a wonderful fit for me. She is so kind, great listener, and is really untuned with her spirituality that is perfect for me. I’ve tried a few therapists, and so far, Liz just gives me this presence that feels like peace and I know I will be guided to heal and brought in the right direction. She asks the best questions and challenges me. I recommend her to anyone!
