Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jacqueline was great! Easy to talk with, good solutions, made me feel at ease.
I came to Betterhelp knowing I needed some real growth, and I have been incredibly fortunate to have Jackie guiding me and encouraging me to that end. She is thoughtful, incredibly professional, and I have benefitted so much from the care and consideration she takes with what I throw her way. It's hard to fathom where I was mentally just a few months ago, and I know if I keep working at this with Jackie, the growth will continue. I look forward to that peace.
Jackie has been amazing thus far. She’s caring and understanding, but will let you know how to get things done in a productive manner. She’s a realist and I appreciate the view she offers.
My favorite therapist I have worked with.
Jackie is professional & easy to work with. She is very attentive, listens & lets me talk. Then she suggests activities and/or projects for me to do. Talking with her has been a blessing for me. Sometimes we just need an ear without someone forcing things on us. She is not overbearing as a counselor. I am pleased with her as a therapist/counselor to help me. I'd recommend her to others any day. Thanks BetterHelp for connecting me with Jackie.
I came to better help as another attempt to therapy. Upon meeting Mrs. Worthington I disclosed that my experience with therapy in the past was not the best, and I am a little jaded. She was so understanding and reassured that this will not be my experience with her. She has a warm and inviting energy that makes it real easy to be vulnerable. She always remains professional which I appreciates, and very attentive to details.
Really kind and I enjoyed my therapy session with her! Listens and gives very lovely recxomendations.
She is so kind and welcoming. She creates a safe place to share and is not judgmental. She provides great applicable action steps to keep you working toward your goals and continue improving!
