I am a licensed Mental Health therapist with my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in the state of Florida with over 25 years of experience. I have worked as a therapist and life coach working with a wide range of populations and age groups. Today I specialize in challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, addictions, family conflict, school/work issues among some, from teenagers to adult as well as families.

I am very compassionate about my work. I sincerely care about my clients’ ability to gain clarity and insight to the particular challenges they are facing and develop skills to cope easier in the future. I take an individual approach with each client to address their specific challenges using methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Center Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and teaching meditation and mindfulness. I am happy to share any additional information about my background, education, experience, or specific skills pleas just ask.

We are all on a journey and sometimes an independent perspective and therapeutic feedback can make hurdles much easier to overcome. My hope is to provide support, empowerment, and give you tools to foster growth and wellness. I look forward to meeting you.
