She pinpoints what is it I might have needed to hear and voices out what I probably really wanted deep down. She listens and helps me process what I feel and makes sure I'm reminded of better habit of being kinder to myself.

Elizabeth is a great therapist and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I used Betterhelp skeptically when I started and she was so great and understanding, and was able to not only help with my issues but helped me feel better about therapy overall. I took a break for about 2 years and found I needed therapy again, signed up and thankful she was still my therapist she remembered me as a patient and we picked up right where we left. She is an amazing therapist.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I can realize and understand my problems, anxieties, and my stresses and I am trying still to control it, because it used to control me and my life.
