Dr Kimberly Balkcom is brilliant, attentive, and supportive. Whatever you’re dealing with, they’ll help you unpack it and see the machinery and habits at work in a positive and actionable light. I’ve looked a long time for a therapist like her and I’m so grateful to be a tap away from her advice. It’s done a lot for my self esteem and has helped me be less anxious and more mindful.

I was at one of my lowest before meeting Kimberly. I didn’t understand how to get through feelings and how to deal with something bad for the first time. Kimberly helped me through and through with my mental health and as I had more sessions with her I began to understand more about myself and how deal better with my emotions. She was patient, kind and understanding throughout our sessions and I couldn’t ask for a better therapist.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Kimberly have been nothing but supportive to me when I feel like I am at my worst. Even telling me things that i didn't even notice myself. As I interact with Kim, I feel like I understand better about myself. What my strengths and weaknesses are and how I can improve my mental health. I am grateful that she is my therapist
