Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Have really appreciated David!
Dave is great and helps me work through my issues
David helped me identify and notice the things that trigger my anxiety before it gets too bad and I feel overwhelmed. When the spiral begins, I have just found it easier to focus on that, talk about it rationally with myself and others, and move past it. I am not great at asking for help, something I am working on, and as my first therapist David made the process very easy and comfortable.
Very easy to talk to.

David is amazing! Always timely, checks in on a regular basis, respectful and honest. While it might not be entirely ideal working on therapy in a virtual matter, I feel as if David has made it a non factor in our relationship and communication. Would recommend to anyone I know. 10/10!
David is a really wonderful listener with excellent insight. He responds in a timely manner and checks in regularly.

David is absolutely fantastic, and makes me feel heard and listened to
