More about Mary

Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, I worked in corporate America. This background gives me perspectives to share with people are looking to enhance , or change, the direction of their careers.
I am awed by people's ability to make positive changes in their life with counseling assistance. There are times when we need to slow down and focus on our health and well being for ourselves and the people who care about us. Counseling provides that kind of safety, exploration, and insight. Using our increasing knowledge of the brain's ability to change and grow, I work with people experiencing the effects of anxiety on their lives. We work together to forge a path for improved mood, sleep, and life quality.
Most importantly, I work to help all my clients learn to recognize, and respect, their own strengths and help them realize their dreams and goals.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Great listening and insights and ideas to help
She is simply amazing. A wealth of knowledge she possesses. She really caused me to put new lense on when approaching my challenges. I enjoy our sessions.
Great and so real!
She has a very pragmatic approach to things; and her business background is extremely helpful for me in dealing with the particular combination of personal and career challenges I'm currently facing, because she understands what the world of business is like.
Mary is very insightful and she’s been wonderful so far. She listens to my ramblings and through our talks I feel like I can navigate what I’m feeling a lot better. She also makes me see things in ways I didn’t before. Love her
Mary has been a kindred spirit and has helped me employ strategies to get out of my thinking rut. She's given me the space to air out my thoughts, so that I can get to the point of finally giving myself permission. I appreciate that she comes from a diverse background and has experience with helping women in particular. Thank you!
Mary is very professional and is always on hand to reply to messages as soon as she is able to. In live sessions Mary listens closely and provides you with food for thought to reframe situations and start to address the root cause of issues. She was there for me personally at a very rough time when I needed an external voice and point of anchor to help guide me through what I was dealing with.
Mary is really nice, and she listens to me well. Mary’s approach is very gentle, and not invasive.I changed the therapist from another person to Mary and that was really the right choice. It’s also easier to talk with somebody who is in the similar age group. That was very helpful too.
I have seen Mary 3 times now and she has really helped me. She not only respects me she also listens to what I have to say and gives me great advice on how to help me.
Thank you!
Mary is the absolute best. She is my first therapist ever, and I came to her at the hardest part of my life. I was a mess, and I felt myself getting stronger every time I spoke to her. Thank you so much Mary. I will never be able to thank you enough.
Have only had 2 sessions with Mary but feels he understands me somehow.
Mary is amazing at addressing concerns in a professional manner well still feeling comforting like your talking to a friend.
I was initally quite hesitant to get a therapist. Not because i did not trust therapy, but rather because i did not know if the format and platform would suit me well. Turns out after meeting Mary for the first time i have started looking forward to therapy sessions. At this point it is nothing short of a pleasure, even though going to therapy is not. Nothing but the warmest recommandations to Mary. You'll be lucky to have her as your therapist.
It’s my first time met Mary and need more time to build and develop our conversation
Mary is insightful and personable. She listens carefully and asks thoughtful questions to guide an exploration of the issues. Speaking with her feels very comfortable, and she quickly builds trust. I very much appreciate her expertise.
Mary is very professional, experienced, and caring. She is easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
