Suzanne is so understanding and validating to me whenever I talk to her! She makes me feel like I’m so special and points out the magical qualities in me! She’s also quite flexible with her schedule which is fantastic :) I couldn’t imagine working with another therapist as wonderful and kind as her!

More about Suzanne

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I enjoy helping individuals uncover and get connected to who they really are. I truly believe that each person is their own best expert on their life. I use Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative techniques to help people get connected to their own values and set themselves on a path to live the fulfilling life that they want to live. I find that we often need to uncover conditioned beliefs that have been instilled by culture and family systems that don't align with our true selves. I believe that each person deserves to be seen and heard. I have been working in community mental health with adults primarily for the past 7 years and with children and families prior to that.

I also have experience working with couples, families, teens, and LGBTQ+ populations.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
