She is very understanding and so helpful!

Reviewed November 2022

Alicia is an angel on earth. She has helped me change my life in so many positive ways. She doesnt even know it. All she ever had to tell me was "keep doing the work, Mindy" and I could not have gotten to where I am today, if I hadn't found her a year ago. I am so externally grateful to have her in my life! Thanks to Alicia and the betterhelp.com platform and freedom it allows the therapists to communicate with us, it is critical to our well being, and our care at times. It all matters!

Ms. Cunningham is very kind, compassionate, patient and observant but also very systematic and well-organized. I consulted her for anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as ADHD. I'm not very good at expressing myself around those I don't know well however, she puts me at ease. I started taking to her when I was in a dark phase of my life. Working with her gave me hope. Talking to her gave me the strength to stand up for myself and make positive changes in my life.
