Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Sandy is a great listener. She offers helpful insights and potential solutions without judgement. Thank you, Sandy!
Sandy is a very qualified therapist. She is extremely patient, thoughtful and helpful. She has great insight and has offered a great therapy experience when I didn’t think such an experience was possible.
I have been in a lot of therapy and Sandy is top notch. Very respectful and very easy to talk to.
She's great
Based on my experience, the hardest client is the retired therapist. Sandy has been terrific at it - patient, kind, relaxed, and just perfect for me. And she laughs at my dumb jokes, which is a real bonus. Boy, did I get lucky!
I’ve only had two sessions with Sandy, and she has helped me tremendously already! I am so glad I signed up!
Sandy has listened to me over the past 3 weeks talk about past trauma and as been helping me through this break up. She’s listens to me and gives me the advice I need
She makes me feel like life is doable. I've only half 2 sessions and already I feel so much better.
She’s 100 percent on top of her game! Pay her more!

Highly recommend
I greatly appreciate Sandy and all her help!
Sandy seems tailor-made for me. It never feels like I get...for lack of a better word..."clinical" response to any concerns I bring up. I feel safe, encouraged, and empowered after our interactions.
While it’s only been a few weeks spending time in Sandy’s company, it’s time spent feeling safe and heard. She listens when it’s time to and speaks when it’s time to. She ask questions that really make me think, sometimes something I probably wouldn’t have thought to ask myself and yet needed to. I’m quite comfortable being myself with her and look forward to our chats.
She have been an extremely successful help !! All her advice has helped me to better myself, even when I didn’t want to listen.
She's done very well even though I haven't worked with her long. She's been helpful, encouraging and a good reminder for stuff that I sometimes forget.

Sandy is by far one of the best therapists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She works with a wonderful blend of listening, providing feedback, providing thought provoking questions, and direction on how to further my therapy on my time and put things into practice. I have been through a lot and I can tell you Sandy has been exactly what I needed to make me successful in getting through it successfully.

You’re the best!
Sandy is very easy to talk to and is very responsive. She encourages me to do the work - she doesn't tell me what to do. I appreciate her and would recommend her anytime.
Sandy is amazing, personable and kind. She’s patient, she lets you know she understands you by way of repeating your concerns back to you later. I see her writing notes, just a small way of making me feel real to her! Thanks Sandy -“Dani”
Wow I’m a very cautious person with whom I let within my circle but let me say Sandy immediately felt like somebody I’ve known for my entire life made me feel comfortable, allowed me to speak honest and openly and did not judge only tried to piece things together and ask the right questions to make my brain fire up and reveal some things. I was so iffy about this but after speaking with her I know I should be doing this.
She’s wonderful !
Sandy Drew listens, makes me feel very comfortable and understood. I have only had a couple sessions with her and she has already offered some really great advice. She is really nice and asks questions to help you open up.
