I just finished my first 4weeks with Janet. She is a great person and easy to talk to. I feel like I am only just getting started. She’s given me key things to focus on in being overwhelmed with my current life situation. Hoping I can afford to keep going!

I came to Janet 6 months after my first breakup, I feel that I had run into a dead end with my healing and did not know how to move forward without this person in my life even though I knew it was not meant to be. Janet listened, engaged, and challenged me to think about things in a different perspective and really think about my emotions and feelings to get to the root of why I was feeling the way I was. Janet made me feel comfortable to open up on conversations that I was not comfortable talking about which I think is huge. Highly recommend Janet for dealing with relationship trauma and guidance.

I’m still getting used to therapy. She has been patient w me and has questions to help me get to where I need to be.

Janet helped me through a unexpectedly scary and tough time in my life. I had never dealt with severe anxiety in the past, and moving due to a job sparked it in ways I didn't know possible. Janet was understanding, caring and supportive from the moment we were matched. She not only taught me different coping mechanisms, she also talked me through the issues that were sparking the anxiety. I felt heard and encouraged. It's bittersweet to end my time with Janet, but I feel much stronger and better equipped to handle any issues that come my way.

Coming in to my first therapy app I was a little nervous as to who I would be placed with and wasn’t sure what to expect. Janet is a wonderful woman who really made me feel validated and educated me on my concerns so that I can effectively work through and avoid them in the future. I truly felt safe with her and she is so kind, I highly recommend her!
