Hi! My name is Tabitha and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois . I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and enhancing sports performance mindset. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is individualized and direct. I am committed to meeting my clients where they are and providing an individualized treatment plan based on my education and training as well as what is sustainable for the client. My goal is to provide a real- life approach to connect with clients and empower them to see they are their one and only healer. Approaches I prefer to use when working with clients are but not limited to psychodynamic and insight- oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems work, stress management, and mindfulness,
