  • LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 7 years of experience working as a mental health professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, behavior, and parenting issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is laidback and conversational. I believe in creating safe and open spaces for people to be themselves and share their truth. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and attachment counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Lauren has made my very first counseling experience memorable and productive. I learned a few things about myself that I will take with me after each session. She gives you a realistic viewpoint on things but she is sensitive to your concern. I like that our sessions are light hearted and funny at times too as I feel just as comfortable laughing with her and crying with her if I have to. I high recommend her services to anyone that is seeking an all around productive but not always so emotionally heavy counseling experience.
