Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Audrey is so thoughtful and such a great listener. She clearly cares about her clients and their well-being. I am very thankful for her help! Highly recommend her as a therapist!
We have had only one session so far but she is constantly messaging me to make sure that I have not been abandoned and even sends me links to possibly find a solution to certain issues I am currently going through. Very knowledgeable and also asks me question to help better u derstand my own self. Nothing but positive vibes so far.
Very thoughtful and has been extremely helpful
Audrey listened a lot. She is patient and kind. She adds her expertise which was quite surprising for me to learn what the real issues were. I can into therapy asking for help to relate to others during stressful times but I stayed in therapy to understand myself and my needs. She help me validate feelings that were red flags and helped me work through the struggle.
Audrey is a very knowledgeable, compassionate therapist. I would recommend her to anyone!
