Julia is incredible.
Julia is really phenomenal and one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. She is very easy to talk to and be open with, even when it comes to the most private and difficult situations. She has a special way of building your self esteem while also telling you what you need to hear. When I first started working with her I was in the middle of the worst depressive episode I have had in over 20 years. I couldn’t have gotten through it without her help. That was one year ago and a lot of growth has happened in my life since then. I’m forever grateful for her!

I have only been seeing Julia for a couple months and my life has already had so many upswings from it. It’s not like everything in my life stopped being crazy but more that she has already given me so much confidence and so many tools to work through those things that I don’t feel quite as unprepared. Knowing I have someone who is there to encourage me and celebrate my wins even when they feel small is so comforting. It’s refreshing to have someone tell you it’s okay, or rather important, to help yourself, believe in yourself and put yourself first and mean it. She is always positive and attentive and she never makes me feel out of place talking to her. 10/10 would always recommend.

Julia has been a godsend to me. I have suffered many traumas in my life physical, sexual, and the rest she knows. I lost my youngest son February 3 of 2022 and I originally had started going to her for this grief I could tell immediate differences in my emotional health dealing with this group within the first two weeks. We have also touched on my past traumas in my childhood which she has helped tremendously in dealing with these. I will be forever grateful to have her in my life if my son still stands for anything it was to get his mother into therapy to improve her mental health. I love you Julia I will never forget you.
