Nancy was my hero. I was in a tough spot and honestly was terrified of going to therapy. She made me feel comfortable and never rushed/forced me. Super grateful I had Nancy.

More about Nancy

Hi I am a licensed professional counselor and I have been counseling for about five years now. I have a lot of experience with families and young adults and children. I spent the majority of my time when I was in school working with families who were in crisis with children who had behavior issues. I have since gained experience with adults and enjoy this as well.

My counseling style is to be attentive and engaged with my clients so that they know that they have my full attention and that I am there to help them with whatever they are going for. I am kind and compassionate and empathetic due to my own experiences that I had growing up with a dysfunctional family. So I really understand what that is like in Real life and from these experiences I am I have gained valuable knowledge that can be helpful to those that I counsel with.

I look forward to working with you to achieve our goals in counseling so that you can become whole and healthy and happy in life.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
