Rebekah is the best. She is knowledgeable, a great listener, and helped me unravel 20+ years of keeping stuff to myself and struggling with mental health issues. She was instrumental in helping to diagnose a long undiagnosed issue and it's been a huge improvement in my life. I can't recommend her enough!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Rebekah is a wonderful therapist and I'm grateful to have gotten to work with her while she was here on better help. I've had many therapists in the past, and have found her to be among the very best of them. She is warm and caring, professional and knowledgeable. I am sad she's leaving the better help platform, but wish her well, wherever life takes her.
Rebekah has been wonderful throughout my experience. I have had another therapist that I just didn’t connect as well with. She is prompt with her responses. And she is always 100% honest.
Rebekah is down to earth and humorous (at the right times), and makes talking about unpleasant topics much more pleasant. She checks in if she hasn’t heard from you in a while, and she’s ready to talk about anything that’s on your mind so that you feel like your session is really for you.
Great therapist!
She is a great listener and provides excellent resources. Her support and encouragement have been so uplifting during these difficult times. My healing process has been exponential because of her.
A very good person
She has a kind ear and I feel like she really understands the core of my issues. I feel like I have already made progress. 10/10
I've only had a couple of sessions, but felt comfortable immediately. Great listener and knows how to let you talk while interjecting with helpful, relevant observations. She obviously really knows her stuff, but ultimately, being my first time in Therapy, she is a great match for me because it only took about 2 mins before I felt totally comfortable. HIGHLY recommend, especially for people who haven't done much therapy and are potentially nervous.
shes super sweet and understanding gives great advice and is there for me when i need! <3
