I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 25 years of helping clients heal and overcome personal challenges .

I am experienced in working with individuals, families and groups in a variety of settings including community mental health, private practice, trauma intervention and counseling, family preservation/parenting skills training, family law/mediation/divorce, and addiction treatment and coaching.

My experience includes working with parents in navigating challenges of setting boundaries and developing positive discipline methods with children and teenagers, with a primary focus on healthy family systems.

Brenda is a great listener and really takes an interest in everything you have to say. She works closely with you to try and achieve any goals you might have and really and truly wants to help you be the best person you can be. She has a very calming presence and is very easy to talk to. She provides really amazing resources for you to use outside of therapy sessions so that you can continue to use the skills you are developing in therapy and apply them to your everyday life. She is awesome! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about giving therapy a try.
