Dr. Davidson is kind and eager to help and just talk. He is wise beyond his years and offers an incredible amount of experience and mindfulness exercises to help ground your self and make your hard days easier to walk through. He listens intently and to the fullest. If you have something you want to say but don't know how to go about saying it, his perception sees that and asks question that help bring out what you want or need to say. Dr. Davidson is extremely professional but still holds an aire of calm and relaxed presence that makes you feel safe. Like you are talking to and in the presence of an old friend. I'm very glad I was matched with Dr. Davidson as my therapist and elated to have met him and look forward to working and talking with him.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Edward is exactly what I needed in this hard time I am going through. He is respectful and understanding. A huge confidence boost that I needed in my life!! He listens and if you say something negative about yourself, he will switch it around and make you say all the positives. Sometimes we are too busy looking at the negatives, we don't see the positive side of ourselves. Thank you Edward!!!
