Helen helped me immensely in many ways. After our first session, I knew I found someone who could help me with my issues. I always looked forward to our sessions, which she always gave me the time i needed. Her support, ways to handle things or look at the situation to better understand what todo or avoid. When I asked if I handled something the correct way or asked for suggestions, Helen was very helpful and made suggestions how to move forward and told me how I handled a situation. I highly recommend Helen for anyone that is going through stressful relationships, experiencing self doubt, depressed or withdrawing from interacting with colleagues. I am very glad that I had Helen. Thank you so much!

Helen is kind, patient and understanding. It was very easy for me to open up to her about very hard topics and I never felt judged or misunderstood. She is diligent with following up with me about topics we’ve discussed and helping implement ways of overcoming anxiety in my daily routine.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
