Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Michael is awesome. End of story.
Great listener and easy to talk too.
I may have answered one question wrong. Mike has helped me a great deal. IO do believe he has my best interests at heart. I do wish he would push me a bit harder at times.
Michael was very good at listening to my issues and helping me to believe in myself. He helped me to realize that I was doubting myself and making excuses for other people. He didn't tell me what I needed to do from his perspective, but instead encouraged me to look at myself through a different set of eyes and come to the conclusion that was going to be best for me.
Extremely easy going and funny person to talk too. He understands what I’m saying and offers advice on how to deal with my situation to better myself. Highly recommend!
Michael has been kind, courteous and all round friendly and supportive. Wise and calm, he know's whats up
Michael was great to talk to, made me feel comfortable and heard. Have only had one session so far due to (my own) scheduling issues.
