Gina has been so very understanding and kind. She never thinks I’m crazy for how I feel. I’ve never met someone who is able to pull how I truly felt out of me. I come to understand things about myself that I didn’t even fully know existed because of her. This woman was the only therapist I have met that didn’t say my case was too much for them. I truly felt like a lost cause until I started to be in touch with Gina.

Gina sees me. I feel safe. The only place I can just be and let my guard down. It takes a lot if anyone knew me. I do not share the parts of me with others, Gina has somehow cracked open who I am at my core. I have grown tremendously. Not sure what I would have done without her!

Hi i'm Gina, I'm so glad you've decided to seek help or at least obtain information for your mental health. I recently retired from the EMS field so I'm very familiar with trauma in multiple situations. I work with a lot of people in narcissistic relationships, First Responders with PTSD or other work related struggles.

Not everything has to be heavy and traumatic, maybe you just have questions about your life direction. What ever the situation, I can help you with perspective.

I am client lead, so I meet you where you are. I give you the space to think and figure things out but will also challenge a perspective.

I use EMDR, CBT and Brainspotting most often for situations and discuss things you can do in between sessions.

I may also offer information on mindful meditation, stress relief.

I'm here to help, let me know what you have going on!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Gina is a very relatable and empathetic therapist who puts you at ease. She has introduced me to new modalities of therapy which have been very helpful for me in breaking through on some issues. In particular, her coaching and guidance on brain-spotting has been great, and I've found it helpful to work from a place of images instead of words. I recommend Gina for anyone who has worked with therapists in the past and is looking for a new approach or someone new to therapy who could be benefit from being introduced to it in a gentle and caring way.

Reviewed April 2022

So grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Gina over the past 2 months. I have tried numerous therapies before but found Gina's expertise in brain spotting the most beneficial to date. She was very accommodating especially with regards to the time difference and I always felt seen and heard. I now have the skills to cope with whatever may be thrown at me. I couldn't recommend Gina enough!
