Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I instantly felt a connection with Mrs. Deborah. She never misses any point I try to convey in my messages to her, and the worksheets she asks me to work through literally make me think differently and approach life's situations from a better reference point. Any communication and therapy done with Mrs. Deborah will absolutely be worth your time. I assure you! Just be brave, and get started! You won't regret it.

Deborah has been more than helpful and is dedicated to help me progress.
I have just started with Deborah. We haven't really covered a whole lot at this point but I feel very comfortable and confident talking to her. She's been a voice of reason already, helping me to set goals and find a starting point which I appreciate greatly. I've had other therapists that did not understand my needs to organize my way to successful therapy. Deborah has already made me feel less overwhelmed about choosing a place to begin and moving forward. She just simply seems like a very compassionate sensible and experienced counsellor. I feel good talking to her openly and trusting her to guide me.
I like that I have someone to give me advice and work with me.
