Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Susan makes you feel so comfortable in every session, it makes opening up that much easier. She is such a kind soul, who generally cares about her patients. I’ve had many therapists over the years and I can confidentially say that Susan is one of the best that I have had. I appreciate her so much
Susan is a compassionate listener who provides me with the support and affirmation I need while also asking me the tough questions I need to hear and respond to in order to grow. I look forward to speaking with her every session and whether or not I have something specific in mind to discuss, she always leaves me with new insights as well as confidence in myself and my ability to make good decisions about my life.
very caring and understanding, at this stage in my life it feels like no one listens to me and my opinions hold no weight, but susan hears me and makes me feel valid
Susan has been so wonderful. I’m so grateful for the resources she has provided me with, her flexibility in scheduling, and that she checks up when it’s been a while because of how chaotic times can be. I’m so happy to have her as my therapist.
At this time, I've only had 3 sessions with Susan, but I am already experiencing a higher level of awareness about my own behavior and feelings. I feel like she listens and reflects very well, but does not get defensive if her reflection doesn't seem exactly right to me. She is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to move away from or in a different direction if that seems appropriate. She has already helped me focus on a couple things in my life that I didn't really realize were still bothering me. I do not feel pressured by her and the time flies by too quickly. I look forward to our weekly sessions.
Susan Henry provided me with a very detailed message, book recommendation and worksheets immediately after our first session. She was attentive and thoughtful during the session. I look forward to the next session.
Susan listens to me and guides me in a positive direction! She is great!
I am new to therapy and never imagined myself in this position. Susan has been very patient and incredibly responsive!
Susan was a wonderful help to me during a very difficult time of my life. She has a gentle, kind approach, and shared many good insights as well as possible different ways to view things. I felt respected and heard, and have taken a lot from our meetings.
Susan has been very helpful.
Susan is helpful, thorough, and kind. I'm proud of the work we've accomplished; I've been able to benefit significantly from her help and guidance - it's made me a much more calm & confidant individual.
I've always been very hesitant to try therapy and I am so glad I've found Susan Henry to make this process easier for me!
Susan offers me a safe space to process my emotions. Right at the most ideal time, she always reflects back to me what I said so that I can become more aware of myself. Break ups are hard and Susan is giving me so much support during my healing journey.
Susan is seriously the best therapist I've had, hands down. She really listens to me and makes me feel so appreciated. She doesn't just tell me what I want to hear she keeps it real and tells me what I need to hear. Ever since starting with her, it's like every part of my life has been leveling up little by little with her help. My love life, social life, work life it's all been getting so much better. She's been a game-changer for finding that work-life balance too. I used to be all over the place, but Susan has really helped me get that stuff sorted. I'm just so grateful to have her in my corner.
Terrific!!

Susan is kind, sincere, and an outstanding conversationalist. Her communication style puts me at ease, and her calm caring demeanor has made our conversations both productive and enjoyable. I am very lucky to have connected with her.
Truly helpful. Gives me the right safe space to let me vent but if I don’t have much energy that session , she’s great at getting me talking!
Susan has been excellent. There is a reason I have stuck with her for nearly 2 years now.
Susan gets right to the root of things with a calming consensus, often accompanied by her sharply astute yet gentle perspectives, giving you the reassurance in yourself that you need to see tough things through with self reliance & empathy. She's the voice in your head you wish you were listening to, offering tidbits that you can carry with you through all things. Reiterating the positives as much as the reality of the situation, she's often lending my psyche the strength I wish I could muster on my own and enlightening me to the natural tools within me I already posses to surmount my own problems with tact & grace.
I have only been talking to Susan for a few weeks, and I feel very comfortable talking to her about some very intimate issues in my life. She is a good listener, asks insightful questions, and is always challenging me with homework. She does a great job getting back to me as well!

Susan is a very open therapist. Her empathy is available and kind. She doesn’t judge or push to another solution but instead offers insight and resources. And doesn’t push for a different outcome but how to be in the current situation and coping.
