Hello!

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with over 12 years of experience serving many people in an array of environments. I have worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational conflict in couples, families and blended families. I love to help people find the root issue of their problems and symptoms. We will heal those things deep inside to reveal true self apart from the hurt and pain. My desire is for people to live a life with more freedom, joy and purpose so they may connect with their true identity and live in their purpose.

My therapy style is warm, inviting and engaging. I will respect and validate you as we go through this journey to healing and freedom. Some of my therapy approaches include: cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed and finding your true identity.

We will do a lot of work healing from the past/current emotional turmoil and wounds, layer by layer.

I recognize this first step may be difficult so please be kind to yourself, don’t judge and have patience. You WILL find healing, freedom and joy. I am excited for the opportunity to work with you and help you heal and reveal the person you are meant to be.

Thank you for your consideration!
