I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho where I graduated with a Master of Science and specialized in the emphasis of Trauma, Grief, and Crisis. I have experience in working with, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, in individual and group settings. Some clinical issues I deal with on a regular basis are depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, grief and crisis, LGBTQ+ issues, and infidelity.

Life can bring obstacles and challenges but no matter what you’re facing, in these various stages of your life, I will help you explore ways to cope and change those patterns. In our therapy session, I am compassionate, supportive, and empathetic and will help you feel empowered to share your unique story without fear or judgment.

My therapeutic relationship is based on a holistic counseling approach. Holistic counseling is an approach that helps clients heal by taking the entire human being with their life experiences into consideration for assessment and treatment purposes. Holistic counseling also utilizes mindfulness mediation, trauma-informed therapies, Solution-Focused therapy, EMDR Havening, and HypnotherapyTechniques.

I truly value each individual and look forward to meeting and helping you take the next step towards a life of connectedness and wellbeing.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
