Lonnie is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned so much in this short time. Each session he’s given me advice, tools, etc on things to help with anxiety. I’m starting to see meaningful changes in how I approach and respond to stress and the therapy has improved my life in a concrete way.

Lonnie is a great listener and has really helped me to take a step back and be more mindful.
