It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

It is nice to have support processing through trauma.
Lonnie is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned so much in this short time. Each session he’s given me advice, tools, etc on things to help with anxiety. I’m starting to see meaningful changes in how I approach and respond to stress and the therapy has improved my life in a concrete way.
Lonnie is an amazing therapist who listens and who has a wide range of experiences. I do like the fact he also there last second also if needed to talk to him.
After never needing therapy. Lonnie did a great job hearing out my story and then working on a plan to deal with my pinned up emotions. I'm looking forward to better days
Lonnie is so heartfelt and gets to the heart my concerns without me having to say it. I highly recommend him as a therapist. You won’t regret it!
Lonnie is a great listener and has really helped me to take a step back and be more mindful. He is very gentle in his communication which was very helpful for me to understand how to proceed and also made me feel comfortable in voicing my feelings and concerns I am dealing with. I’m still a work in progress, but it has been extremely helpful to work with Lonnie on my mental health!
Lonnie is very personable, knowledgeable, and has a plan for how I can make it through this. Thank you
Lonnie has been great. He responds quickly to things and shows a professional and very positive and upbeat environment. He seems very knowledgeable in the areas we are speaking and in just a few sessions seemed to really understand they type of personality I have and how to ask questions and sum things up for us. Good stuff
Thanks for the advice. Been helpful so far

Lonnie is an amazing human being. He is extremely open to not only someone seeking assistance but also my expectations as a paying customer on this platform. He speaks with plenty of insightful knowledge and very helpful first hand experience. He is never one to judge, and has been in our shoes. Would highly recommend!
I really appreciate my therapist level of expertise with multiple diagnoses
I have only been talking to Lonnie for a short time, but he is very insightful.
Perfect fit.
I was seeking help with a specific personal issue. Lonnie was up-front with me on our first call that he is not experienced in this area. We had a good call and he gave me some advice on seeking help with someone else. I appreciate his honesty and concern for me to find the right fit for my counseling needs.
Lonnie does a great job listening, asking questions and understanding his clients. Then he provides sound counseling
