I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been practicing as a community mental health therapist for 8 years. I work with client's with varying concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I have experience working with clients who have experienced physical, emotional, and sexual abuse as children and as adults.
I strongly believe in the benefits of therapy and focus on building a trusting relationship with my clients. I strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment so that my client's are able to share their concerns during session. I pull from variety therapeutic theories and techniques, but my foundation is built upon the belief that you as the client are the expert on you and that we can work together to work through your current concerns.
It takes courage and strength to open up to someone you have never met about your concerns and thoughts. I understand this and take the responsibility of being the one you are opening up to very seriously. I believe that therapy represents hope.
I look forward to meeting and working with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Completely grateful for sessions with Bob! He actually let you talk and listens to you while not letting you take all the time of your session. Loved how he actually hit all topics I wanted to discuss/ work on in my life. He made me feel heard and helped me get through a difficult time.
