Great therapist that lets you talk and makes time for you. I really liked her.

Haley’s approach is to listen and provide some feedback and suggestions. So far I am very pleased with my sessions. I completed some action items that she suggested prior to the next session. I have found it helpful to have her as a neutral listen to my various struggles and how to move forward.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of work settings including private practice, hospital, and a K-12 school. My experience includes depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, life transitions, and grief. Because of my varied background, I have worked with a variety of clients and issues.

As a counselor, my goal is to meet each client where they are, find where they want to go, and help navigate the path. I tend to practice largely out of interpersonal, client-centered, and family systems. While those are the ones I lean to most heavily, I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs with what suits each individual client best.

It takes courage to seek help and guidance and if you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

**Scheduling Note: I see a limited number of clients and that is reflected in my schedule with most time slots being early morning. While I would love to work with everyone, I need to keep my numbers limited to provide the best level of care to my clients.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Haley is exactly what I was looking for. She is real and human and relatable. I previously struggled with finding a therapist that took the time to understand me instead of trying to change who I was. I so so so wish she could remain my therapist, but unfortunately we moved out of state. I would recommend her to anyone and am grateful for her time.

This is how therapy is supposed to feel. Comfortable, easy, honest, productive. I can't put into words how thankful I am to have found Haley.

Haley Champion is amazing, I've been to several therapists before but I've never been able to connect with them like I have Haley. She is easy to talk to and listens to your problems and understands. Other therapists I've gone to seem to just try and waste time or have their own agenda that's not going to work for everyone. I can talk freely to Haley about a problem, she will listen and pick up on things I said to help the situation. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have not been with Haley for long at this time but I already feel comfortable enough to share all my personal feelings with her. And she has a way of listening and putting together what I may be feeling or providing word of encouragement or understanding. She is honest and kind. I look forward to continúe this journey with her.
